http://micechat.com - Today we’re going back to Frontierland to see the refurbished Molly Brown sailing again on the Rivers of the Far West. I asked Max to jump on the Molly Brown and to shoot a detailed trip down the river so that we can be eyewitnesses to the sad condition of the Rivers of the Far West. All aboard the Molly Brown which is now arriving at Thunder Mesa Riverboat Landing!
http://micechat.com - If you read last week’s update about Disneyland Paris’ Frontierland Rivers of the Far West, you’re aware of the horrible condition of the Mark Twain riverboat and the geysers. Due to the many outraged reactions to the article, I made some inquiries about what DLP intends to do to resolve these serious problems. An informer on the inside says that this is “from the horse’s mouth”. The park is currently doing “feasibility studies on the renovation of both the Mark Twain and the geysers”. That doesn’t mean that they will renovate them, but at least we’ll know that they’re aware of the situation.
http://micechat.com - The iconic Mark Twain riverboat is suffering from heartbreaking neglect at Disneyland Paris. It is literally crumbling before our eyes.
http://www.themeparkinsider.com - Theme parks know that some of their strongest attractions are the snacks they serve. Sure, people love stomach-churning thrills, but they love some stomach-busting treats, too! Over the past week, Disney's been hyping some of the seasonal, Halloween-themed treats it has been adding its menus at Walt Disney World and at Disneyland. Ice cream nachos? Apple pie funnel cake? A peanut butter witch cupcake? If you're looking for an exceptionally spooky treat, look to Tokyo DisneySea, which is serving a savory Black Gyoza Bun again this season.
http://micechat.com - The hotels at the Disneyland Paris Resort are receiving some much needed tender loving care during the off-season.
http://micechat.com - After what seems like a very long summer break, we are back, and with an episode so packed with news items we had to leave some out! Halloween, Christmas, Dreams!, Anna, Elsa, Merida, Philippe Gas, Tom Wolber, Crush’s Coaster Game and Promenades are just some of the topics we covered in this fast paced episode of Disneyland Paris news and rumors.
http://www.themeparkinsider.com - Roller coasters probably aren't the first things that come to mind when you think about the Disney theme parks. But Disney really helped start the modern era of coasters, as its Matterhorn Bobsleds (built by the late Arrow Corporation) was the first multi-train, tubular steel roller coaster in the world. Disney's led the way since then in blending theme with thrills with several wildly popular coaster rides. In fact, it's likely that more people have ridden Disney's roller coasters than coasters at any other theme park chain, due to Disney's huge lead in theme park market share.
http://micechat.com - Frozen fans at Disneyland Paris have received their wish: Disney Magic on Parade! has been updated with a Frozen float and some new costumes.
http://www.disneyfoodblog.com - Unlike Walt Disney World’s Downtown Disney, the Disney Village at Disneyland Paris is where you’ll find most of the table service options at the resort. This is because the parks in Paris close very early (around 6 or 7PM) out of peak season, and not everybody wants to sit down to eat at 5:30PM, especially in Europe!
